FRIDAY FROTHING The Arcata Chamber of Commerce welcomed new business Froth on California with a ribbon cutting on Friday afternoon. Said owner Matt Pipis, “We have non-alcoholic drinks like mocktails and cream sodas as well as coffee, espresso, and of course beer, wine, cider and seltzer. Food served all day and at the shows too. Sandwiches, pastries and charcuterie/cheese plates.” Froth (at the former location of Blondie’s) is located at 420 California Ave. at LK Wood Boulevard, north of CalPoly Humboldt.
